Q. I purchased a package as a gift, but I will not be in attendance. How can my friend and family member pick up their ticket on my behalf?
 
A. You can do what is called an alternate pick-up. Simply provide the new guest with a photocopy of your photo ID, and a note authorizing the new guest to check in for your order. These items can be digital copies or photos on a cellphone. As long as the new guest has these items, in addition to the show ticket(s), he/she will be able to check-in for the order without you being present. Please note that the informational email regarding check-in (and any other emails correspondence from us) is sent to purchasers only, so you will need to forward any emails to the new guest.
 
Q. My package includes exclusive merchandise. How will I receive my package items?
 
A. Your VIP merchandise package will be shipped to you.
 
If you purchased your VIP package from Ticketmaster, you should have received an email from Ticketmaster with instructions on how to place an order for your merchandise by redeeming unique code(s) shortly after the purchase was made. If your purchase was NOT through Ticketmaster, you will receive a separate email from "no.reply@future-beat.com” the week of your show date with merchandise redemption instructions. Please be sure to check your junk or spam folder for this email. If you have not received this email by your show date, please reach out to INFO@FUTURE-BEAT.COM and we will assist you further.
 
** Please note: package Items are not required for entry into the event and are not guaranteed to arrive prior to the date of the show. When your order ships out, you will receive an email notification that the order is on its way. Be sure to check your spam or junk inbox in case the email is filed there. All correspondence regarding merchandise will be sent to the email address you provide when you go through the redemption process.**
 
Q. I purchased a Front Row + Meet & Greet Package or Meet & Greet Package. What time is check-in?
 
A. While the exact time varies with each show, VIP check-in will generally occur about 2 hours before the show starts. We will provide the specific times and check-in location for your show in the VIP details sent 3-5 days prior to the concert. VIP details will be sent to the email address provided at time of purchase.
 
Q. Can I bring personal items to get autographed at the meet & greet?
 
A. Styx will not be signing autographs during the meet & greet. Please refrain from bringing items to be signed. We apologize for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding with this request.
 
Q. When do VIP package sales close?
 
A. Package sales close 7 days prior to show date or when they are sold out. 
 
Q. There are no more VIP packages left online. Is there another way to purchase a VIP package?
 
A. Unfortunately once VIP packages have sold out online, no more will be added.
 
Q: What if I change my mind and don’t want my package?
A: All packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
